Palliative Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Penn State College of Medicine (Hershey, PA) seeks a Palliative Care physician. The successful candidate will join a well-established interdisciplinary team. The position offers inpatient and/or outpatient palliative care with opportunities for teaching, research and collaboration with community hospices. The team enjoys flexible scheduling, strong institutional relationships and opportunities for continued growth. Faculty will have teaching responsibilities for medical students, residents and Hospice & Palliative Medicine fellows.  Rank and pay commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will join an academic department dedicated to education, innovation, leadership and work among highly qualified, friendly colleagues who foster excellent opportunities for career development. A section of the Division of Internal Medicine, the Palliative program benefits from research support and Department of Medicine incentive programs.

Appropriate candidates must possess:

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent;
  • BC/BE Hospice/Palliative Medicine;
