Marshfield Clinic - Eau Claire Center is seeking a Nursing Home physician for long term, post-acute, and rehab at nursing homes in Eau Claire and surrounding areas. Geriatric or Palliative fellows encouraged to apply! Part time applicant's encouraged to apply as well!

This is an excellent opportunity to participate in improving the quality of care our patients are receiving in the nursing home. You will travel to local Nursing Homes where you will see patients for routine visits, admissions, problem-focused visits as well as discharges. You will be meeting family members, creating care plans and working with a collaborative care team. Team Members find this work not only challenging but very rewarding. Participating in care planning and end of life decisions of our geriatric population is a valuable asset to our community and holds opportunities for expansion and growth.
