RN Registered Nurse – 4 Main Medical/Surgical/Oncology - Penn State Health Holy Spirit
4 Main is a 33 bed, medical/surgical unit with some telemetry, serving the adult population with medically acute diagnosis. Providing patient care for women’s health/gynecology, plastic surgery, oncology, end of life care/Hospice care and general medical and general surgery overflow patients.
The RN Registered Nurse assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
License/Certification:
Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state.
BLS required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Six months RN experience preferred.
