Join our growing Palliative Care team in Greenwich, CT. This position will provide inpatient consultative services at a 206 bed academic community hospital. You will join an established and respected team with full interdisciplinary support, including Medical Director, APRN, social worker, and chaplain. There are many opportunities for clinical education and research, and the option exists for a part time clinical faculty appointment with Yale.
Position Requirements include Board Certified/Board Eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician who has completed fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and has been working in palliative care medicine.
