Job SummaryThe Geisinger at Home team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time position in our Northeast region, covering Luzerne County.The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) works in conjunction with the Home Care Physician, RN Case Manager, Social worker, and Pharmacist to provide a team approach in caring for the most complex patients.
