Hudson Valley Hospice is hiring!! Hudson Valley Hospice is here to help when individuals in Dutchess and Ulster Counties are faced with a life-limiting illness. For more than 35 years, Hudson Valley Hospice has provided a wide range of programs and services for the patient and their loved ones that go beyond Medicare hospice requirements. These distinctive and specialized services are currently taking place in the home, nursing facilities and area hospitals, wherever a patient calls home.

We have the following positions available: SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE FOR CERTAIN POSITIONS!

• On Call Evening Nurse - 40-50 hours per week (working between 4:30pm-8:30am; varying hours!)
• RN Case Managers (Home Care) - Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
• RN Liaison (Hospital) - 4 10hr shifts - flexibility to work holidays and weekends
• RN Liaison(SNF/Nursing Home) - Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
• Baylor RN Liaison (up to $45/hr!) - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon schedules available 
• Weekend Visit RNs - Saturday & Sunday (8:30am-6:30pm)  

All RN positions require:

• Valid NYS RN License 
• Valid Driver's License 
• At least 2 years experience in critical/med-surg/oncology environment preferred (hospice or home care experience preferred)
• Ability to work with those at the end of life in a non-judgmental fashion
