Amidst a competitive market, mumms Software’s EMR, Hummingbird, allow hospice and palliative care agencies to differentiate themselves and provides tools to successfully run their businesses. We are seeking a Program Liaison to serve as the main point of contact for new and existing Hummingbird users on all matters related to training and demonstrating Hummingbird’s software capabilities and benefits, ensuring their optimal implementation and use of Hummingbird. Liaison must be capable of preparing and maintaining up-to-date training and knowledge base materials. This position works side-by-side with the Development and Customer Support Teams providing guidance on development and testing of new software features. In addition, the Liaison supports the Sales & Marketing Team by performing
