We're looking for RNs to join our Inpatient Trauma Rehab team at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington.

Position Summary: 
As a MultiCare RN, you'll assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. We'll rely on you to apply your specialized training, demonstrate critical thinking and consistently follow established processes. What We Offer: 

• Sign-on Bonus - $20,000 with 1+ years experience for position .75 FTE or higher. 
• Relocation Bonus - Up to $10,000 for candidates 1500+ miles away or 5,000 for candidates between 100 to 1500 miles.

Education/Licenses/Certifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire.
• Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current WA state RN license prior to start date.
• Current Health Care Provider level CPR and ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or PEARS certification as required by facility or department.
• Specialty certification preferred. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Hospital-based nursing experience is required. New graduates or RNs without hospital experience should apply for an upcoming RN residency.
