DescriptionPosition Highlights:Our growing Palliative Care team is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill a position that allows for the choice of working either a part or full time schedule. This position involves Inpatient and Outpatient settings to address symptom and pain management, advance care planning & goals of care discussions. NO CALL required. The practice works collaboratively with a variety of inpatient services and other clinics to serve patients with serious illness. The strong and experienced palliative care interdisciplinary team includes a physician medical director, 2 additional nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a social worker and chaplain.
