Adventist Health Castle seeks a mission-minded full-time, Nurse Practitioner for our Urgent Care Clinic, Waikiki. The ideal candidate will be flexible, team-oriented, dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care, possess strong communication, and interpersonal skills, clinically strong, and work autonomously. Incumbent will maintain responsibility for providing expert clinical care including comprehensive or problem-focused health assessments, medical diagnosis of illnesses, write prescriptions, formulate treatment plans, and perform procedures specific to scope of practice and level of competency.

Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited graduate-level program that produced a master???s degree in clinical nursing or nursing science in relevant field of specialty. Current Hawaii Registered Nurse License. Current Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License with prescriptive authority that meets education requirement(s) for Hawaii state APRN prescriptive authority. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Minimum of five (5) years nurse practitioner experience or equivalent nursing experience in an emergent or outpatient setting. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to work weekends, and float to other Adventist Health Castle Urgent Care Clinic locations required.

Hawaii medical licensed or eligible, and meet the hospital???s medical staff credentialing standards.

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years NP experience or equivalent in emergent or outpatient primary care setting. Family Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (FNP-BC) or Adult Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (ANP-BC).
