Adventist Health Castle seeks an experienced, mission minded Per Diem, Nurse Practitioner for our Preoperative Evaluation Center. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, flexible, possess strong communication skills, and work in partnership with primary care and specialist physicians, nurses, and other peers. The Nurse Practitioner serves as an integral part of the broader perioperative and anesthesiology teams to medically optimize patients for procedures. The incumbent maintains responsibility for coordination among teams, providing expert patient care and education for a variety of surgeries, anesthesia evaluation, chart review of patients??? past medical history, perform histories, physical examinations, and synthesizes clinical data.
