As a Physician, you would be eligible for productivity upside earning potential and may be eligible for quality incentives based on your region and specialty. As a Hospitalist at St. Vincent Healthcare, youâ™ll work collaboratively with 22 additional providers, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with APPs, the ICU, and the ED. 

• You would practice at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, MT.


• You'll have a flexible schedule.  


• You'll be joining a Hospitalist group with a great team dynamic. 


• You will work alongside supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.


• You'll develop a strong partnership with ICU, Palliative, and the ED. 

Your experience.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• American board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


• Montana medical license.  


• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Itâ™s also a big plus if you have:

• 3 to 5 years experience as a Hospitalist.


• Willingness to work a rotating schedule. 


• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.


• A sense of team and patient care focused. 


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 


• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.


• Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
