Summary/Objective: Technology Director is responsible for all areas of Information Technology and Systems. This includes but is not limited to providing leadership to the design, development, implementation and support of all business and health related IT systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), clinical informatics applications, desktop and core engineering, telecom, mobile, information security, HIPAA Security compliance, and databases. Responsible for leadership and management of IT staff, short-term and long-term strategic planning, budget, project delivery, work prioritization and quality of service. This is a hands-on leadership position, approximately 50% leadership, 50% engineering.    Essential Duties and Responsibiliti
