The Oncology Nurse Navigator is responsible for the delivery of age-specific nursing care based on scientific principles and the nursing process for adults and geriatric patients, most of whom are being treated for a malignant disease. The position will function in a role consistent with the documented competencies and execute position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership experience, complex case management and care coordination between the multidisciplinary oncologic team.
