Providence TrinityCare Hospice is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join its team in Torrance, California. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the most well-established hospice programs in the area that's serving a highly diverse and vulnerable patient population. This is an outpatient role that does involve in-home visits. Enjoy an excellent weekday schedule while providing valuable care services to adult patients throughout southern California.

• Monday to Friday schedule, 8 hour day shift
• Outpatient role with in-home visits required
• Provider will share Los Angeles and Orange County service with 1 other NP
• 1 to 2 years of experience in home health or hospice highly preferred
• Excellent professional growth opportunity
• Local and/or CA licensed providers preferred

The facility consults and partners with all six Providence medical centers in Southern California.
