Cedars-Sinai Health System, set in the heart of Los Angeles, is seeking talented physicians to join our robust, interdisciplinary Supportive Care Medicine (Palliative Care) program. Our team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, palliative care social workers, pharmacists, dieticians, and chaplains. The Supportive Care Medicine team is fully integrated into our diverse academic and community environment and oversees a Palliative Medicine fellowship program, a robust inpatient consult service and multiple outpatient clinics. We are looking for physician candidates to join our growing outpatient team embedded in our Cancer Enterprise.

The ideal candidate is clinically outstanding; possesses excellent communication skills; is a team-player with a strong work ethic, understands complex systems; and demonstrates high levels of caring and empathy. MD qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school

• BC/BE in appropriate specialty/sub-specialty

• Fellowship training and/or Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

• Prior experience working in Palliative Care preferred, but not required

• Must hold (or have applied for) a medical license in the State of California
