Lead a growing team as a full-time Medical Director for Providence ExpressCare. This role will be responsible for the clinical oversight and performance of all ExpressCare providers in the Oregon region. This involves partnering with the Directors of Operations on decisions that need clinical input, while also collaborating with the Regional Urgent Care Medical Director for the care of patients across the On Demand service lines. The role also involves educating ExpressCare providers on the scope of services as well as cultivating primary care relationships throughout the region for the continued care of patients across the continuum. • Must be licensed as an ARNP, or PA in the State of Oregon
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience working with providers and other clinical leaders, finance and operations leaders and executives required
• 4 to 5 years of direct supervisory experience required (including providers)
• A minimum of 10 years in healthcare or related retail field preferred.
• Must reside in OR as travel is expected
• Current BLS Certificate required
• DEA Licensure required

The ACN Express and Urgent Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible. By building out a network for ambulatory care, surgical services and imaging across Providence, the ACN offers ease, transparency and lower costs.
