Mercy Health Physician Partners (MHPP) is seeking an experienced Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Palliative Care Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.The selected candidate will join a collaborative team of three physicians and six APPs. The Palliative Care program at Mercy Health provides family-oriented medical care for life-limiting illnesses. Our 100% inpatient consulting service focuses on goals of care and complex pain management. We are seeking a candidate to cover 5 - 6 shifts per month.Experience is required. Interested candidates need to have worked with either geriatric, critical care, or oncology populations; or have prior experience with hospice or palliative care whether as a provider or in training.
