Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Clinician, Geriatric Assessment Center at Morristown Medical Center.Responsibilities This position is an integrated clinical position within a geriatric medical practice.This position will provide counseling to patients/caregivers/families while working with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, social workers, medical assistants and administrative staff. As part of a Collaborative Care model of service, the primary objective is brief focused therapy, working to address specific concerns for patients and family/caregivers.
