    Academic Palliative Medicine Physician   The Division of Primary Care and Population Health at Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time palliative medicine clinician-educator with advanced training in palliative medicine to join our Palliative Care Section.  Primary clinical responsibilities include working in our outpatient palliative medicine clinic which cares for patients with a wide range of life-limiting illness, oncologic disease being the most prominent. Our outpatient program functions as a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, advance practice providers, nurses, social workers, chaplains and full-time clinic support staff at each clinic site.
