Under the clinical supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and administrative supervision of the President/CEO (or designee), the Hospice and Palliative Care Physician (HPCP) functions as the physician member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). The HPCP provides clinical expertise and medical oversight of St. Francis Reflections’ patients, including direct patient care, as requested by and in collaboration with the referring attending physician.   The HPCP oversees completion of face-to-face visits, certification of terminal illness and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
