Director of Nursing Clinical Excellence Temple Region
JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the Regional Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Nursing Clinical Excellence – Temple Market (Regional Magnet Director) influences and evaluates current and future clinical initiatives impacting patient safety, patient outcomes, nursing practice and organizational objectives as a member, leader or executive sponsor of clinical excellence in the respective facility. Advocate for standardized evidence-based care across the organization through policy, order set and other processes.
