BANNER HEALTH, one of the country’s premier, health systems and BANNER MEDICAL GROUP (BMG), Banner Health's employed physician group, with more than 1,500 physicians and advanced practice providers, is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care Physicians to join our growing team of caring professionals with Banner throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Qualified candidates will provide primarily inpatient care and help patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illnesses and symptom management.

Practice locations include:

  • Banner Baywood Medical Center – Mesa (Per Diem)
  • Banner Estrella Medical Center – Phoenix (Full-Time and Per Diem)
  • Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center – Sun City (Full-Time)
  • Banner Boswell Medical Center – Sun City (Full-Time)
  • Banner Thunderbird Medical Center – Glendale (Full-Time)

Requirements and details include:

  • BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • Fellowship training is strongly preferred
  • Full-Time | Monday through Friday work schedule
  • Per Diem | Flexible number of shifts per month
  • Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
  • Able to build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues and patients
