Social Worker (Program Coordinator)
This position functions as a Social Work Coordinator of the VA Supported Housing (HUD-VASH) for the Intake Team or Inpatient Medicine. This is a component of the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program. HUD-VASH us a collaborative effort, supported through HUD Section 8 rental assistance vouchers and VA's provision of intensive case management services. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education.
