Shift: Day Shift – Monday-Friday

Location: AdventHealth Community Primary Health Clinic – 2300 Kurt St. Eustis, FL 32726

The community you’ll be caring for: Community Clinic for Adults – General Practice

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Responsible for providing care for patients within the scope of licensure and as outlined in the FHW Protocols.
• Responsible for performing physical examinations of patients.
• Responsible for ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, x-ray, etc.
• Monitors the patient’s course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed.
• Collaborates with physician supervisor and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff.
• Must display caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal professional growth.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Florida ARNP License
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association
• 1 year of ARNP experience preferred
