Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health is seeking a board certified/eligible adolescent medicine physician to join the division as a clinician educator faculty member. Enjoy being part of a large, multidisciplinary practice housed within the Riley Hospital for Children Pediatric Cancer Center, as well as working with other Riley specialties including cardiology, hematology, oncology, child development, diabetes, endocrinology, and pediatric/adolescent gynecology.  This position will also include participation in resident and adolescent fellow training through didactic teaching, clinical preceptorship, and opportunities for educational leadership roles.

Riley at Indiana University Health is one of seven HRSA Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) funded programs nationally.  We educate and mentor interdisciplinary graduate and post-graduate trainees at all levels. 

Position Details:

• Work-life balance with a standard outpatient care schedule Monday-Friday
• Primary work site at the Riley Pediatric Care Center, with opportunities at other clinical locations (Charis Center for Eating Disorders, Eskenazi Teen Health Centers)
• Consult services with shared call coverage at Riley Hospital for Children
• Provide specialized care based on interests, including but not limited to:
  • Charis Center for Eating Disorders - the state's most comprehensive program offering the full array of medical, psychological and family services for patients with eating disorders
  • Riley Gender Health Program - the only program in Indiana to meet the needs of transgender and gender non-binary children and adolescents
  • Adolescent Gynecology & Reproductive Healthcare - our specialists evaluate and treat a variety of gynecological conditions as well as consulting with patients and families about fertility preservation for adolescents with complex illnesses

Qualifications:

• Adolescent Medicine fellowship required
• New graduates or experienced physicians 
• Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics
