RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Full-Time ICU Intensivist in Livingston, NJ

The largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health, and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center are seeking a full-time ICU Intensivist to join a team of three experienced Intensivists in a closed ICU practice in Livingston, New Jersey. Designed to support the growing demand for services in Northern New Jersey, this role allows for tremendous career growth opportunities. CBMC offers a wide array of services including robust Cardiac Care and Neurosurgery programs. Ideal candidates will be eager to join a multidisciplinary team, and be comfortable working in a team environment.

About Position: 

• Care provided in an exclusively inpatient setting (16 bed adult medical, surgical and neurosurgical ICU), multidisciplinary, collaborative ICU model.
• Well versed in critical care procedures and use of bedside ultrasound.
• Practice comprised of 3 providers with robust support team and extensive referral network for consults.
• Opportunity and expectation to teach residents and students.
• Duties split between clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
• ENLS Certified.
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ.
• A team player comfortable working in collaborative efforts with other physicians.

Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply! Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of fellowship!
