Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest – Waco Acute Care Department has a 24-bed unit designed to address the unique needs of Acute Care Med Surg Oncology/Palliative Care. The Med-Surg population is a very diverse group of patients. This population is often acutely ill, suffering from several issues, complications, and co-morbidities. Our Registered Nurses gain experience and exposure which supports the development of a broad knowledge base, allowing them to become experts in their practice. Acute Care Med Surg Oncology/Palliative Care has been recognized for meeting goal on patient satisfaction, as well as home for multiple Daisy & Sunshine winners, as well as a top 30 RN

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing
• ADN required
• Active RN License
• Minimum of 6 Months of RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
