Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible PM&R/Pain Management trained physician to join an established outpatient practice that is located in Dallas, Texas. Opportunity Highlights:

• PM&R trained with completion of an ACGME pain management fellowship required
• Inpatient acute care pain management consultations in collaboration with other specialists, including Anesthesia and Palliative Care

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine
• ACGME pain management fellowship required
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
• Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
