Job Title: Triage Nurse           Supervisor’s Title: CEO - Provider                  Job Description Summary: Performs a variety of functions in support of providers for the treatment of patients, including, but not limited to, taking and directing calls, evaluating post-op requests and requirements, seek provider’s advise and/or medical orders as needed.
