Position Details:

• Schedule: M-F day shift (this role is a 0.7 FTE opportunity)
• On-Call:  Rotation Based – Call is via phone only
• Inpatient (50%) and outpatient (20%)
• Key Responsibilities:  Seeing patients, leading family meetings, writing orders and notes  
• This position will work with a truly interdisciplinary team.  The team also includes 7 Physicians and 7 APPs, practicing at top of scope
• 20 patients per week in hospital

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be American Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Palliative Care fellowship training required
• Internal Medicine subspecialty required
