St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatry physician to join the Inpatient Consult Liaison Service located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. 

The selected candidates will provide psychiatric evaluations and consultations as needed to select patients seen in St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor hospital and in the Emergency Department. In the Emergency Department, evaluation will also serve to complement and provide clinical supervision to the work of Psychiatric Access staff. The candidate will serve as an attending physician in the Consult Liaison Service, including supervision of the Nurse Practitioner.

The Inpatient Psychiatric Program at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor accepts voluntary and involuntary admissions seven days a week, 24 hours per day facilitated through the Psychiatric Access Department in the Emergency Department. 

The schedule for this opportunity is five days per week, weekend rounding on the Consult Liaison (CL) Services is expected 1 in 6. Two holidays per year expected.
