The Social Worker Program Coordinator has the responsibility to independently provide clinical psychosocial and case management services at an advanced practice level to eligible veterans and their family members to meet biological, psychological , social and environment needs. The Social Worker SPC is required to interact not only with veteran but also family , significant others, community agencies, and other staff.
