This is a Multi-Disciplinary Position to be filled by a Physician or Nurse V VA Bedford HCS has one of, if not the largest, geriatric programs in VHA. The Community Living Centers includes 11 inpatient units serving residents with Dementia, Gero-psychiatric, Skilled Nursing, Long-Stay and Palliative Care needs. In addition, Home- Based Primary Care and various outpatient geriatric programs are included in the geriatric service line under the leadership of the Clinical Executive. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement. Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met
