Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) - a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice - has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to join a robust clinic-based practice at the Garrity Clinic located in Nampa, Idaho.

Saint Alphonsus Garrity Family Medicine is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients and is conveniently located in close proximity to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa.

The clinic recently moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot facility with on-site imaging. Other services at this practice location include pediatrics, occupational medicine, and urgent care. An opportunity to practice full spectrum OB with 24/7 coverage is also available.

Support includes Hospital Support - 24/7 Anesthesia; ED; Clinic on the Hospital Campus; hospital system resources; Clinic Support - large clinic with eight Family Medicine Providers, three Pediatricians, two Urgent Care Providers, and one Occupational Medicine Provider.

The full-time schedule for this opportunity is a traditional clinic work week Monday through Friday, with no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. OB is optional. Practice call is shared with other eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine and is approximately 1:16.

Requirements for this opportunity include:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
• Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases
• Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
