IHA has an excellent part-time (0.4 FTE) opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Primary Care practice located in Plymouth, Michigan.

IHA Plymouth Primary Care has been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

The schedule for this opportunity may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.

Minimum required qualifications for this opportunity include:

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Master's Degree
• State of Michigan License
• Active and Current DEA
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
• ACLS and BLS Certification
