Responsible for collection and processing of blood samples and other specimens as defined by site. Provides a high level of customer service for lab inquiries, test requirements, and other laboratory information. Consistently functions in a self-directed manner and exhibits excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills. Serves as a liaison with other laboratory departments and hospital services. *Qualified external applicants with direct clinical experience eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus! The bonus will be taxed per IRS regulations. Additional relocation bonus may apply based on geographical location.  Must be hired into a full-time or part-time position; PRN positions are not eligible. Some exclusions may apply.*What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:   * One year of phlebotomy work experience required* High School Diploma or GED required* Associates or Bachelors degree preferred* Phlebotomy certification, such as PBT(ASCP) or equivalent certification required within 6 months of hire Physical Requirements:Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
