Responsible for operations for both services home infusion in multiple sites. Integrates the philosophies and techniques of quality improvement. Oversees the integration of services, selection of equipment, budget development, policy and procedure development, and staff development within department of pharmacy/nursing. Provides strategic direction for the provision of pharmaceutical/nursing care and services throughout the service lines. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, JCAHO standards and the mission and policies of the hospital and department.
