OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSLoyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine Department of Surgery is seeking an Academic General Surgeon to join its team with a dual appointment at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital (GMH) and the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital located in the Chicago suburbs, Illinois.The majority of the clinical work is intended to be at GMH. At GMH, the candidate will serve as a staff general surgeon and have clinic, inpatient, and emergency care responsibilities as part of the Division of Minimally Invasive and Community General Surgery. This is an opportunity to work with academic surgeon partners in a collaborative environment within a smaller community hospital setting.
