Our client, a respected and rapidly growing accredited hospice program within a larger health and social wellness agency serving the Washington metropolitan area, is seeking a new Hospice Medical Director. Reporting to the CMO, the Hospice Medical Director is responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and management of the medical components of Hospice at the Agency. This position will operate onsite in their Washington DC-Baltimore area location. Responsibilities: Serves as a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), the Medical Director provides clinical guidance and support to the members of the IDT assuring that patients and families receive the highest quality end-of-life care.
