The incumbent serves as a Supervisory (Phlebotomy)/Quality Assurance Medical Technologist with the responsibility for inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy in the Phlebotomy and Accessioning Section of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The Dayton VAMC provides a full range of health care through medical, surgical, mental health, geriatric, physical therapy services, neurology, oncology, dentistry, and hospice. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
