Now under construction and opening in 2024, The Outlook at Windhaven, soon to be Plano's newest senior living community in the heart of West Plano, is currently looking for our Executive Director.   POSITION SUMMARY: As Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including full profit and loss responsibility. The Executive Director plans, implements, and evaluates all aspects of operations. He/she recruits and trains team members, has a direct supervisory responsibility for team members in order to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment, mainta
