Regardless of location, your shift will be spent in a supportive, team environment with resources to help you flourish in your role and leaders that care about your success. The Phlebotomy Services Tech is responsible for collection and processing of blood samples and other specimens as defined by site. Provides a high level of customer service for lab inquiries, test requirements, and other laboratory information. *What is Enterprise Pool?*We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. *Regional Enterprise Pool ** Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + 15% PRN differential + eligible stacking differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.* Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * *Required Experience:** 1 year of required Phlebotomy work experience in an acute care (hospital) setting.* *Required Education:** High school diploma or GED required * Completion of a phlebotomy program preferred* *Required Licensure/Certifications:** Phlebotomy certification preferred.
