Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care - Lynchburg, VA

Centra Medical Group’s Supportive Care and Palliative Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner that has a passion for providing care for patients that have a chronic or life-limiting illness.

Enjoy autonomy in practice while working in collaboration with the Palliative Care Physicians.  The NP provides face-to-face consultation services as ordered by referring physicians to address complex pain and symptom management issues for patients experiencing chronic and/or a progressive life-limiting illness.  Includes facilitation of goals of care conversations and advance care planning.

We strive to provide a good work-life balance for our providers.  Position is full-time, typically Monday-Friday with a focus on home-based palliative care but includes both inpatient and outpatient work.
