OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSSaint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Lake Hazel clinic. The Family Medicine physicians at the Lake Hazel clinic are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.You can expect a traditional clinic work week, M-F with no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Call is shared, phone only, non-OB, and is currently 1:31 - 1 day per month, 2 weekends per year.
