The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. We currently have the following opportunities:

GERIATRICIANS

• Full-time openings in Modesto, Redwood City, San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Santa Rosa, California

Full-time annual salary range is $292,000 to $300,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $36,500*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

• Full-time openings in Skilled Nursing Care: Fresno and Walnut Creek, California

Full-time annual salary range is $292,000 to $300,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $36,500*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

• Per diem openings in: Redwood City, Santa Clara, and Walnut Creek, California

Range is $165 to $170 per hour.
