Hospice Opening

• Monday – Friday flexible work schedule
• Call is 1:4 weekend coverage
• Full day is 12 inpatient visits or 5 outpatient visits or a combination of the two
• BC/BE by American Board of Medical Specialties (IM, FM or other recognized specialties) required; Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship preferred

Established in 1983, Chapters Health System (CHS) has been a progressive leader in hospice, palliative care and home health.  CHS is committed to improving the lives of those affected by advancing age and illness.  The long-established non-profit organization provides compassionate, patient-centered care at every step of a patient’s journey.  CHS gives their patients independence when possible, comfort when necessary, and dignity at all times.

The mission of CHS is to provide support and care for people in our community with or affected by advanced illness by offering a wide variety of compassionate healthcare choices.

 Chapters Health System’s affiliates extend beyond the state of Florida.  The nonprofit serves 30 Florida Counties and eight in Georgia. The Hospice organization’s recent affiliates include Cornerstone Hospice & Palliative Care, Hope Healthcare and Capital Caring Health. Capital Caring’s service region in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, encompasses 14 counties and four independent cities.
