Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that support the faith-based culture of the Hospital; including ethics formation, spiritual care of staff and patients, leadership ministry formation, core values education, engagement of faith communities, global ministries community benefit program development and implementation, and strengthening and developing partnerships with community stakeholders.  Works in close collaboration with the Group Vice President of Mission Integration to preserve and enhance the identity and heritage of the Sponsors while engendering systemic mission alignment.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 3 years experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care.* Masters of Divinity preferred. Also acceptable: Graduate certificate in Mission Integration from an accredited Catholic University, or completion of Catholic Deaconate Training and ordinationYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
