At Centura Health, we value incredible people with incredible skills - but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.  The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED, patient registration, LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor at Centura you will also:* Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes. * Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management. * Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Two years clinical RN experience required* 1-year clinical leadership experience, preferred* BSN required within 2 years of hire* MSN preferred* RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association* Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association* PALS or ENPC required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Minimum Pay:USD $38.43/Hr.Hiring Maximum Pay:USD $64.96/Hr.Your Connected Community:At Centura Health, we're on a mission to heal individuals and uplift communities.  We have locations throughout Colorado, Utah, and western Kansas, giving you opportunity to grow your career and impact the communities you serve.
