At Centura Health, we value incredible people with incredible skills - but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.  In this role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. You will also utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred* Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred* Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required* BLS through the American Heart Association requiredPhysical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly This is a PRN day role which is looking for a therapist who has acute care experience (ICU experience is preferred).  We will consider new grads with ICU experience.  There is a 2 weekend day per month requirement.  We do rotate holiday coverage.  You can expect to cover 1 summer and 1 winter holiday with this role.   Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen. The ER is one of the busiest in the area - staffed with board-certified emergency physicians and specialty-trained emergency nurses.  Our on-site imaging includes MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray and digital mammography.
